LVIth Trip to Mill on The Brue
The LVIth spent a Sunday at Mill on The Brue in glorious sunshine. They were able to tackle a couple of challenges.
Using only blue barrels, rope and two poles the girls built and then launched their own raft and in the afternoon were able race each other. The girls were asked if they would like to jump in the water after they had finished rafting. To the amazement of the staff all of them replied yes! The instructors commented on how much our girls like a challenge and were prepared to ‘Give it a Go’.
To dry off they took to the sky on a zip wire – which took a minute to go from top to bottom. Some of the girls shrieked the whole length of the wire.
They left exhilarated and exhausted.
