On Friday the whole school gathered for Wellbeing day. After asking the girls the type of things they wished to do in the day, Hanford put on some great activities that promoted mental wellbeing. There was a walk up Hod hill and around its ramparts, where the girls and staff were able to take in the natural countryside surrounding Hanford. Many of the teachers brought along their dogs and so the girls were able to look after them as well. Back at the school there was a session of Yoga, that was a way to do some relaxing exercise.
In the Hall there was an arts and crafts session which was a fun way to end the day. The handmade crafts will be sold at Hanford’s Advent Fair at the weekend. The girls loved the day and it was a great chance for them to be outside and have a chance to relax after a busy quarter of term.
